Pre-Contract Cost Manager (Dubai)

Turner & Townsend Plc. is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Cost Manager (Pre-contract) to join their Dubai team. This role is critical in managing project costs during the pre-contract phase to ensure projects are on time and within budget while maintaining quality standards.

The ideal candidate will manage cost planning and estimating, conduct risk assessments, and provide data-driven recommendations. A Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying and minimum 4 years of experience in cost management are required.
