The Pre-Delivery Inspection Coordinator will be responsible for monitoring quality assurance objectives during the Pre-PDI and PDI process.

• Monitor QA objectives during project stages with a primary focus on pre-PDI, PDI and turnover stages of both suites and common elements.
• Identify possible issues affecting building quality and mitigate systemic failures through quality checks, consultant reviews and signoffs, and regular communication with site staff.
