Pre Dispatch Officer

Primary Function

To manage and oversee all activities related to the preparation and organization of deliveries prior to dispatch. The Pre-Dispatch Officer coordinates with the Releasing Section and Vehicle Operations Teams to ensure every delivery is accurate, well‑documented, and ready for smooth handover to couriers or transport personnel.

Responsibilities

Preparation of Deliveries

• Verify the completeness and accuracy of items to be dispatched.

Documentation and Record Management

• Ensure all Delivery Receipts (DR), Job Orders (JO), and Gate Passes are properly prepared and signed.

Quality and Accuracy Control

• Double‑check item identification, serial numbers, and tracking/sticker tags before dispatch.

Scheduling and Monitoring

• Prepare daily dispatch or itinerary schedules and delivery routes.
