Pre Dispatch Officer

Primary Function:

To manage and oversee all activities related to the preparation and organization of deliveries prior to dispatch. The Pre-Dispatch Officer coordinates with the Releasing Section and Vehicle Operations Teams to ensure every delivery is accurate, well-documented, and ready for smooth handover to couriers or transport personnel.

Preparation of Deliveries:

• Verify the completeness and accuracy of items to be dispatched.

Documentation and Record Management:

• Ensure all Delivery Receipts (DR), Job Orders (JO), and Gate Passes are properly prepared and signed.

Quality and Accuracy Control:

• Double-check item identification, serial numbers, and tracking/sticker tags before dispatch.

Scheduling and Monitoring:

• Prepare daily dispatch or itinerary schedules and delivery routes.
