• Support preinstallation and preassembly works within Hybrid Steel Tower (HST) projects
• Preparation and assembly of tower components before installation
• Mechanical support including bolting and fitting works
• Quality checks and preparation of tools and materials
• Cooperation with installation teams on site
• Following HSE and safety procedures
