Pre-Sales Customer Service Engineer

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle potential business projects and participate in discussions, negotiations and closing of pre-sales enquires, covering all matters including proposal documentation, quotations and factory delivery commitments.
• Assist the senior management team to establish and develop opportunities to maximize business potentials.
• Liaise with internal Engineering or R&D department on direct drive products solutions.
• Reports and track monthly engagement reports and activities via CRM
• Customer focused engagement in regions including SG, US, EU, TW, CN, KR.
• Occasional business travel is expected.

Requirements:

• Diploma / Degree in any Engineering discipline
• Minimum 1 year of work experience a Sales Engineering role in semiconductor, precision engineering industry
• A independent and Self-directed learner who is able to work under minimal supervision
