As an Appointment Setter, you ensure efficient business operations by carrying out campaign-driven workloads within the LMS and other supporting systems. Your primary objective will be to ensure the delivery of excellent and efficient operations and the achievement of performance targets.

Responsibilities

• Achieves agreed KPI Targets on following Campaigns as required: New Customer Acquisition
• Achieves agreed KPI Targets on following Campaigns as required: Outbound Cold Calling
• Ensures high-quality customer service in adherence to company standards.
• Maintains the highest level when executing outbound communications, including email and phone
• Ensures proper channels of reporting are followed when testing system functionality.
• Contributes to the development and implementation of strategies to enhance employee engagement and productivity
