**Pre-Sales Engineer I****What you'll be doing**:- Track and answer incoming technical questions from the sales force to identify the proper solutions and identify support caveats.
- Participate on discovery and technical conference calls with first-year sales associates serving as the technical resource on hardware & software architecture, network architecture, and our managed service offerings.
- Develop and enhance your technical expertise, sales ability, account management skills, and exceptional customer focus.
- Create & deliver technical product & support presentations for external partners and customers.
- Present capability assessments and validations as it applies to the technical sales process.
- Pursue business development opportunities to align with company's global business objectives and profit margin goals.
