Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities
Compile quotations, tenders, and technical solutions within required deadlines.

Engage with potential and existing clients, including conducting site visits, to understand business and technical requirements.

Participate in the design and definition of functional requirements aligned to client needs.

Conduct product demonstrations, proof-of-concepts, and present solutions at workshops and seminars.

Prepare technical proposals, solution designs, pricing models, and supporting documentation for RFI/RFP submissions.

Act as the technical subject matter expert during the sales cycle, collaborating with engineering and technical teams to finalise proposals and quotations.

Identify and resolve technical challenges to support solution architecture and drive sales and revenue growth.

Provide continuous feedback to customers regarding order progress.
