The Pre-Sales Research Expert at Teleperformance EMEA will serve as a critical enabler for our pre-sales organization, leveraging advanced AI tools (including Claude, Gemini, ChatGPT, and emerging platforms) to deliver rapid, high-quality research and intelligence that accelerates deal cycles and improves win rates. Based in Kenya and supporting the broader EMEA region, this role sits at the intersection of cutting-edge AI capabilities and traditional business research, transforming how our pre-sales teams gather insights, analyze opportunities, and craft winning proposals.
