About the role
As a Solution architect, you'll serve as the technical liaison between the sales team and prospective clients. Your primary responsibility is to understand client needs and demonstrate how the company's CPaaS/SaaS solutions, enhanced by AI capabilities, can address those needs effectively. This role involves crafting tailored solutions, delivering compelling demonstrations, and ensuring a smooth transition from pre-sales to implementation.
