The Pre-Sales Engineer will play a key role in partnering with Sales to identify the right technology solutions for both prospects and existing customers. This role bridges technical expertise with sales, focusing on understanding customer needs, analyzing requirements, and delivering effective, functional solutions to our North American customer base.

Responsibilities

• Preparing product and solutions presentations involving a combination of technologies
• Delivering solutions and value presentations to a mixed audience of technical, management staff, and business users
• Deliver Roadmap presentations on product direction and industry trends
