Pre Sales Technical Manager

We are looking for a senior regional role responsible of leading Pre-Sales Technical Consultant teams and providing strategic technical support to Mobile Operator customers. Acts as the main technical authority in pre-sales, complex solution design, project execution, and critical issue resolution, working closely with Sales and Management.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop regional Pre-Sales Technical Consultant teams (Manager of Managers).
• Provide technical leadership during pre-sales, tenders, and solution design.
• Act as the main technical interface with customers and internal technical teams.
• Oversee technical project execution, complex troubleshooting, and post-sales support.
• Deliver regional reporting and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in technical consulting and/or sales support roles.
• Strong background in SIM Cards, mobile devices...
