About the Role
We are hiring a client-facing Pre-Sales & Technical Support Engineer to support our cybersecurity solutions portfolio including Sophos, Fortinet, Kaspersky, Bitdefender, Symantec and other leading vendors.
The role involves technical pre-sales support, solution positioning, post-sales coordination, and acting as a bridge between clients and principal vendors.
Key Responsibilities
Attend client meetings with sales team to provide technical support
Understand customer requirements and propose suitable cybersecurity solutions
Support cross-selling and upselling initiatives
Assist in solution design, BoQ preparation, and technical documentation
Coordinate with vendors for deal registration, configurations, and escalations
