Pre-School Lead Teacher

Job Descriptions: Plan, supervise and deliver the program in accordance with the policies, guidelines and framework of the Centre. Coordinating with administration and principal to create educational plans for the students. Implement and customized lessons for each child. Execute teaching, learning, and nurturing activities suitable for children's development, in line with applicable curriculum guidelines. Using information from observations to help other teachers grow by noting ineffective areas and sharing alternative methods that are more successful. Monitor and document accurately each child's progress and development. Tracking the academic performance of students for signs of progress. Adhere to health, safety, nutritional, and hygiene standards and procedures. Communicate effectively with parents. Assist in the planning and implementing of major events and celebrations.
