We are currently looking for a Room Leader to join our Nursery located in Wandsworth!

We are seeking a dedicated Pre-School Room Leader to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for early childhood education and possess strong leadership skills to manage a nursery room effectively.

Your Responsibilities:

1. Promote high standards of quality within the nursery
2. Support and supervise playroom staff with their day-to-day duties
3. Deploy staff appropriately to ensure the required standards are delivered and maintained within the rooms.
4. Ensure the effective implementation of the nursery’s essential carer procedures and allocate children to key carers appropriately.
5. Ensure that practice and provision in the nursery meet the requirements of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)
6. Provide professional, relevant feedback to parents/carers about their child.
