Job Responsibilities

• Adapt teaching methods and materials to meet the interests and learning styles of children.
• Write and implement lesson plans according to the school curriculum and inquiry/play-based framework.
• Provide tools and resources for children to use and explore during learning and play activities.
• Track children's progress and developmental milestones; write and present quarterly reports to parents.
• Manage classroom activities including lessons, play, breaks, and meals.
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with children, parents, and co-workers.
• Encourage children to interact and collaborate to build strong social skills.
• Always ensure proper supervision and safety during all activities.
• Collaborate with colleagues on curriculum planning, events, and professional development.
