Job Description
Precast Superintendent
we are looking for a hands-on Precast Superintendent to lead daily production and yard operations for our client who is an established manufacturer in the concrete products industry.
Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage daily precast production operations in the yard Planning, organizing, staffing, leading, and control or the pre-cast plant Coordinate closely with Sales and Dispatch to align production priorities Ensure all products meet technical specifications and quality standards Plan for maintaining and repairing the equipment and heavy-duty machinery Manage safety of the team and site Other as required Requirements:
