Their next move is their biggest yet - a two-venue precinct in Darlinghurst. One ground floor Japanese-Peruvian restaurant. One basement cocktail bar inspired by high-energy late-night concepts. Different vibes. Same sky-high standards. And they need one person to own the whole thing.
THE ROLE
This isn't a conventional GM role. The Precinct GM has full autonomy over the critical path - glassware, cutlery, table mapping, training, team build, the lot. You're not waiting for sign-off. You're working with Group Ops to make the decisions in the pre-opening sprint.
