Precision Machinist

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and set up CNC milling and Grinding Machines for machining tasks.
• Program and adjust CNC machines as required for different operations.
• Ensure precision and quality of machined parts through careful monitoring and adjustment.
• Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Maintain and ensure machines are functioning properly to meet operational standards.

Requirements:

• ITE or equivalent certification in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.
• Proven experience in operating CNC Milling Machines and Grinding Machines.
• Specific experience with machines such as Mori Seiki, Fanuc, Hurco, DMG (CNC Milling); Schaublin (Cylindrical Grinding); Mitsui & Okamoto (Surface Grinding).
• Proficient in using Mastercam programming system.
• Ability to read and understand 2D fabrication drawings.
