Precision Mechanic

Job Title: Precision Mechanic

The role of the precision mechanic is to operate machine tools and perform high-precision machining, fabrication, and repair of components to support maintenance activities. This includes working with a range of equipment such as lathes, milling machines, grinders, and other specialized machinery.

Machining & Fabrication:

• Operate machine tools including CNC machining centers, grinding machines, and turning machines to fabricate or repair components for plant equipment.

1. To maintain production schedules by operating machine tools efficiently.
2. To inspect finished products using calibrated measuring instruments.
3. To analyze data from inspection reports to identify areas for improvement in production processes.
