STINIS MALAYSIA SDN. BHD. seeks a PRECISION SURFACE GRINDING SPECIALIST to design and test upcoming projects, creating dependable, hardworking products that benefit our company’s development.

Responsibilities

• Set up manual and CNC surface grinding machines.
• Align and secure workpieces using precision magnetic chucks, fixtures, or clamps.
• Dress and true grinding wheels for optimal performance.
• Program CNC surface grinders for complex profiles and contours.
• Optimize feed rates, wheel speeds, and passes for productivity.
• Maintain required surface roughness (Ra) per customer specifications.
• Perform parallelism and perpendicular grinding.
• Achieve mirror finishes on high-precision components.
• Grind hardened tool steels and exotic materials (carbide, titanium, Inconel).
• Control heat generation to prevent warping or metallurgical changes.
