Preconstruction Executive

**Position Summary**

This role is responsible for serving as the primary lead with General Contractors. In addition, this role will be responsible for providing leadership, guidance, client development, and people development necessary to achieve the goals established for the growth of our HVAC & Plumbing scopes of work on targeted pursuits. This role will have a joint responsibility with the Director to lay out the business plan to grow the business within the respective area of responsibility.

**Position Details**

+ Serves as primary lead with select General Contractors (GCs). Drives growth through development of client relationships as well as deeper penetration into the existing customer base that exists through our design-build relationships. Develops and maintains General Contractor relationships.
