YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Be the global transformation leader who embeds a sell‑out–anchored, AI‑enabled steering model across Consumer Health; As Global Process Manager (GPM), you own, evolve, and scale the Predictive Business Steering (PBS) process so that markets, supply, and finance act on one predictive, unbiased truth from consumption (sell‑out) signals to S&OP alignment and financial forecast integration; In this role, you help turn predictive insight into commercial impact, accelerate adoption in markets, and orchestrate senior stakeholders around the ONE NUMBER principle; You directly influence market growth, service levels, and ROI of activations by making consumption‑led forecasting and investment decisions the enterprise standard; You operate across all PBS roll‑out waves, advising country and cluster leadership and partnering in cross‑functional forums where strategy, deman...
