Job Description

As a Prep Cook, you will be an integral part of our kitchen operations. Your primary role will be to ensure a steady supply of prepared ingredients, working closely with the Head Chef and kitchen team. This position offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to the creation of high-quality dishes and maintain a well-organized kitchen environment.
 Prepare ingredients by washing, chopping, and processing fruits, vegetables, and other food items as per recipes.
 Ensure proper food storage and labeling to maintain food safety and minimize waste.
 Assist Line Cooks and kitchen staff during service by providing prepared ingredients promptly.
 Maintain a clean and organized kitchen workspace, adhering to health and safety regulations.
 Support inventory management by reporting low stock items and assisting with stock rotation.
