Responsibilities:
+ Perform review and control activities to promote the highest standards for quality in reports of investigation (ROI) delivered to our customers.
+ Ensure all team members assigned cases are scoped within required timeframes.
+ Lead and manage a team of Case Analysts. Monitor the workload of each team member to ensure they are properly managing their cases.
+ Moniter suspense dates. If they have passed, reach out make sure the Reviewers are reaching out for updates.
