Pre/Post Sales Engineer

ROLE OVERVIEW & RESPONSIBILITIES:

We are looking for a 
Mandarin-Speaking Pre/Post Sales Engineer
 to support 
ManageEngine's IT management and security solutions
 in the Taiwan market. This role works closely with the sales team before deals are closed and provides technical support to customers after purchase, ensuring successful product understanding, deployment, and long-term satisfaction.

Pre-Sales Support:

• Work closely with the sales team to understand customer needs and recommend suitable ManageEngine solutions
• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations in 
  Mandarin
• Answer technical questions from customers and partners during the sales process
• Assist with trial setup, basic configuration, and solution clarification

Post-Sales Support:

• Support customers after purchase by assisting with setup, basic implementation, and usage guidance
