Position Overview
The Preschool Centre Leader provides strategic leadership and operational oversight to ensure the centre delivers high-quality early childhood education in compliance with regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
1. Leadership & Centre Management
Oversee daily centre operations, ensure regulatory compliance, maintain high standards in health and safety, and cultivate a positive organisational culture.
2. Strategic Growth & Enrolment
Drive enrolment growth through strategic planning, brand positioning, parent engagement, and community partnerships.
3. Curriculum & Programme Development
Support and show interest in curriculum development and implementation to promote thematic-based, chinese immersion learning.
