Job Description . Educate English language to Children . Prepare, plan and conduct age-appropriate lessons to engage, nurture and motivate children in accordance with the curriculum. . Plan and deliver programs that facilitate active learning experiences both within and outside the classroom. . Monitor progress of children and complete progress reports and prepare developmental portfolios for each child. . Prepare age-appropriate teaching aids and use them in the implementation of the programs. . Establish effective classroom management. . Set up and maintain a safe, clean and conducive environment for learning. . Establish collaborative partnerships with parents for the children's development. .
