Preschool Principal

The Principal of Trinity Kids Malaysia (TKM) is responsible for the overall leadership, performance, and quality assurance of all TKM centres. This role provides strategic direction and operational oversight to ensure excellence in teaching and learning, child development, parent engagement, enrolment growth, staff development, and business performance.

The Principal serves as the key leader for Branch Managers and centre leadership teams, ensuring that all centres operate in alignment with the organisation's vision, values, educational standards, and business objectives.

The Principal reports directly to the CEO and COO and works closely with various departments to drive continuous improvement, innovation, and sustainable growth across all TKM centres.
