Job Description

                    Responsibilities  Lead, supervise, and mentor teachers to maintain high educational and care standards. 
Build and develop a motivated, high-performing teaching team. 
Ensure full compliance with MOE/ECDA regulations, as well as health and safety standards. 
Oversee daily centre operations, including budgeting, reporting, and student enrolment management. 
Establish and maintain strong partnerships with parents, business partners, and relevant authorities. 
Conduct regular performance reviews to ensure operational efficiency and continuous improvement. 
Requirements  Degree in Early Childhood Care & Education (ECCE) or a related field, with a Diploma in Pre-school Education - Leadership (DPL). 
Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in a childcare centre. 
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
