Job Description

                    Responsibilities  Supervise and mentor teachers to uphold educational standards. 
Build a cohesive, high-performing teaching team. 
Ensure compliance with MOE/ECDA licensing, safety, and health requirements. 
Manage centre operations, including budgeting, reporting, and enrolment growth. 
Foster strong relationships with parents, partners, and authorities. 
Conduct regular reviews to ensure smooth operations and team effectiveness. 
Requirements  Degree in ECCE or related field with DPL certification. 
At least 2 years of supervisory experience in a childcare centre. 
Mandarin proficiency is required for effective communication with Mandarin-speaking families. 
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. 
Experience in managing international childcare centres is advantageous.
