Job Description

                    Key Responsibilities  Mentor and support teachers to achieve high teaching and care standards. 
Build a motivated and positive teaching team. 
Lead the centre to meet company and regulatory objectives. 
Engage parents and staff through open communication and collaboration. 
Ensure compliance with all licensing, safety, and health regulations. 
Manage centre budgets and expenditures efficiently. 
Maintain healthy enrolment numbers and ensure parent satisfaction. 
Collaborate with government agencies and business partners. 
Prepare reports and administrative documents as required. 
Requirements  Degree in ECCE or equivalent, with Diploma in Pre-school Education-Leadership (DPL). 
At least 2 years of supervisory experience in childcare (infant care preferred). 
Mandarin-speaking ability is essential for liaising with Mandarin-speaking parents.
