Preschool Teacher

NATURE AND SCOPE OF JOB:

The Junior Teacher supports the creation of a nurturing, play-based, and developmentally appropriate learning environment for children aged 10 months to 5 years. Working under the guidance of a Senior Teacher or Lead Educator, the Junior Teacher assists in lesson implementation, classroom management, and student supervision, contributing to children's holistic development and the smooth operation of the classroom.

• Lead and manage a classroom of preschool-aged children, ensuring a supportive and stimulating environment.
• Develop and implement a comprehensive and progressive lesson plan that aligns with the school's educational philosophy.
