Preschool Teacher

We are looking for a calm, observant, and prepared Montessori Guide/Teacher to guide children in a respectful, child-led environment.

The ideal candidate understands that learning happens through hands-on exploration, practical life activities, and meaningful social interaction. You will not only guide children but also model grace, courtesy, and independence.

You will be willing to work at Ayala Malls Nuvali from Tuesday to Saturday.

Key Responsibilities

Prepared Environment

• Set up and maintain a beautiful, orderly Montessori environment
• Rotate and care for high-quality wooden educational materials
• Ensure cleanliness, safety, and calm energy in the in the prepared environment

Child Guidance

• Support independence in practical life activities such as pouring, transferring, cleaning, self-care, etc
• Introduce foundational literacy and numeracy concepts in an age-appropriate way
