About the Role
In this crucial role, you will be responsible for ensuring the timely completion and coordination of all necessary activities to secure, maintain, and preserve REO properties acquired through reverse mortgage foreclosures. You will play a key part in our team by working closely with vendors and contractors to ensure properties are safe, secure, and ready for market.
Responsibilities:
Manage the REO property preservation process for reverse mortgages, following all company procedures and legal guidelines.
Coordinate and oversee timely completion of property inspections to identify any safety hazards or maintenance needs.
Secure vacant properties to prevent unauthorized access and vandalism.
Oversee property clean-out and debris removal.
Manage lawn maintenance, including grass cutting and landscaping, to maintain curb appeal and prevent code violations.
