The President provides overall executive leadership and strategic direction for the ship management company. The role is accountable for the safe, compliant, and efficient management of the fleet, organizational performance, financial sustainability, and corporate governance.
The President acts as the principal executive authority, ensuring alignment between Board‑approved strategy and operational execution, maintaining full compliance with international maritime regulations, and serving as the company's public and industry representative.
