Position Overview

We are seeking an accomplished executive to lead our Fish Brokerage and Cold Storage operations in the Philippines. This role entails oversight of the entire fish trading lifecycle — including vessel partnerships, wet market auctions, cold chain storage, and buyer settlements. The incumbent will be responsible for driving operational excellence, pricing strategy, regulatory compliance, and team performance in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.

Fish Brokerage & Trading Strategy

• Oversee daily fish brokerage and auction operations at principal ports and landing sites.
• Manage relationships with vessel owners, brokers, and wet market operators.
• Supervise fish classification, weighing, pricing, and turnover activities.
