Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience as a Press Brake Operator in a manufacturing or fabrication environment
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work instructions
• Knowledge of press brake machine setup, tooling, and programming
• Familiar with metal fabrication processes and safety procedures
• Strong attention to detail and quality standards
• Physically fit and able to handle metal materials
• Willing to work overtime when needed

Key Responsibilities

• Set up and operate press brake machines to produce parts to specification
• Select proper tooling and perform machine adjustments
• Inspect finished products to ensure accuracy and quality
• Maintain cleanliness and basic maintenance of machines
• Follow safety standards and company policies at all times
• Report production issues, defects, or machine problems promptly
