Job Description:

Press Operation & Monitoring

• Supervise and support the operation of hydraulic or mechanical tile pressing machines.
• Monitor key parameters such as pressure, cycle time, mold alignment, and automation sequences.
• Ensure proper startup, shutdown, and changeover procedures are followed.

Troubleshooting & Maintenance

• Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, or automation issues on press equipment.
• Support preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
• Collaborate with maintenance teams to reduce downtime and improve machine reliability.
• Maintain accurate records of breakdowns, repairs, and maintenance activities.

Process Optimization

• Analyze process performance data and recommend improvements to cycle time, press efficiency, and quality consistency.
