Die Design, Analysis & Validation

Design progressive, compound, transfer, and single-hit dies based on product requirements, developing complete 3D models, strip layouts, station designs, and material flow concepts using CAD/CAM tools. Conduct formability and feasibility studies (springback, thinning, wrinkling) and perform root cause analysis to resolve die-related issues. Ensure compliance with tolerances, safety standards, and customer specifications.

Tool Build, Trials & Production Support

Provide technical guidance during die fabrication, assembly, and tryout, working closely with toolmakers to ensure manufacturability and design accuracy. Support die trials and PPAP validation, troubleshooting issues such as burrs, misfeeds, cracks, wrinkles, and dimensional inconsistencies to achieve stable production performance.
