Press Team Lead

Fleetwood Metal Indsutries, a division of Cleveland-Cliffs Tooling and Stamping, has an immediate opportunity for a Press Lead in our Tillsonburg, Ontario Stamping Facility. The Press Team Lead is responsible for support team members on the set up, changeover, and operation of press stamping equipment. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in cold stamping, be self-motivated and thrive in a fast-paced work environment. Summary of Responsibilities:


+ Supervise and support team members on the set up, changeover, and operation of press stamping equipment

+ Provide direction, training, and support to operators to ensure a safe and efficient work performance

+ Maintain a safety-first culture by enforcing all health and safety policies in accordance with the Occupational Health and Safety Act

+ Track and report production KPI’s
