Press Team Lead

Fleetwood Metal Industries, a division of Cleveland-Cliffs Tooling and Stamping, has an immediate opportunity for a Press Lead in our Tillsonburg, Ontario Stamping Facility. The Press Team Lead is responsible for supporting team members on the set-up, changeover, and operation of press stamping equipment. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in cold stamping, be self-motivated and thrive in a fast-paced work environment. Summary of Responsibilities

• Supervise and support team members on the set up, changeover, and operation of press stamping equipment
• Provide direction, training, and support to operators to ensure a safe and efficient work performance
• Maintain a safety-first culture by enforcing all health and safety policies in accordance with the Occupational Health and Safety Act
• Track and report production KPI’s
