The Prevailing Wage Account Specialist will be responsible for ensuring compliance with prevailing wage laws and regulations specific to the Wind Power industry in the United States. This role involves monitoring, analyzing, and implementing wage standards for projects in accordance with prevailing wage guidelines for 2025 and future years. The position requires proficient MS Excel skills, including creating and managing macro‑enabled worksheets, pivot tables, etc. It also requires the ability to navigate contractual documents to determine prevailing wage requirements for different customer contracts. The role interacts with Operations Managers, HR support teams, Payroll teams, Customers, and DOL contacts.
