About the role

Sodexo On-Site Services Philippines, Inc. is seeking a skilled and dedicated Preventive Maintenance professional to join our team in Paranaque City, Metro Manila. As a Preventive Maintenance specialist, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our client's facilities by proactively maintaining and repairing various building systems and equipment.

What you'll be doing

• Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance on a range of building systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and other related equipment
• Identify and address potential issues before they become major problems, ensuring the continuous operation of client facilities
• Perform minor repairs and perform maintenance tasks such as lubrication, cleaning, and adjustments to keep equipment running at optimal performance
