Preventive Maintenance Supervisor

The PMS Supervisor oversees the planning, execution, and quality of preventive maintenance and service activities for elevator systems. They ensure technicians perform tasks safely, efficiently, and in compliance with company standards and regulations.

Key responsibilities include planning and scheduling maintenance activities, managing technician performance and safety, and ensuring compliance with safety standards (DOLE, LGU, third-party). They review service reports, validate technical findings, and provide guidance on complex issues.

The PMS Supervisor acts as the main point of contact for clients, addressing concerns and providing technical explanations. They also report to management, maintain accurate records, and track KPIs like completion rate, callbacks, and safety incidents.
