Preventive Maintenance Technician PM

Job Description & Requirements

•To perform preventive maintenance of Semiconductor tool

•Require handle with care for all the parts

•Working at least 6 to 8 hours inside cleanroom

•To follow procedure of installation and replacement of heavy machinery parts

•To perform workplace 6S audit daily

•To assist on Minor PM/ Major PM/ Tube Clean/ Main heater change PM etc in term of logistic task

•To perform sub fab audit (Include tool health for UPS, Scrubber etc)

•Training will be provided on site
