Preventive Maintenance Technician

Tasks description:

1. Perform preventive maintenance (PM) on Semiconductor equipment to ensure success and survival rate to meet module goals

2. Follow SOP as per specification and execute good maintenance of tools

3. Support and perform PM activities according to customer scheduling and requirement

4. Coordination and arrangement with logistic for new & old parts

5. Ensure and follow good safety practice and also safe custody of tools, equipment and other properties belonging to the Module

6. Support tool owner in technical activities in fab: trouble shoot, modification, installation, de-installation

7. Preparation & housekeeping of PM jigs & tools

8. Maintain good housekeeping in the production floor / sub-fab / office and maintenance support areas

9. Reports directly to the Project Manager on task and reports
