Pricing Analyst (Graduate)

This role sits within the Pricing team under the Finance function. You will work closely with the Category, Finance, and broader Pricing Teams to support better commercial outcomes through analytics and data. You will help drive gross margin improvement, EBIT and revenue growth, with a strong focus on learning, continuous improvement, and smarter ways of working.

About the role:

• Administer and analyse vendor rebate agreements and programs to ensure accuracy, compliance and timely reconciliation
• Track rebate performance and highlight trends, risks, variances and opportunities
• Support Category teams with supplier cost price implementation and ongoing price reviews
• Analyse margin impacts and prepare insights, dashboards and reporting to support pricing initiatives, vendor discussions and category decisions decision making
