Pricing Analyst

LMI Corporation is looking for a Pricing Analyst

• Financial Architecture: Own the end-to-end creation of BOMs and SOQs, converting technical labor and equipment data into formal, high-margin commercial proposals.
• Strategic Validation: Collaborate with Pathfinders and Solutions Architects to ensure pricing models reflect the true Survey of Needs and meet strict company margin mandates.
• Risk Mitigation: Audit vendor quotes and internal estimates to eliminate scope creep and prevent unforeseen expenses before contracts are signed.
• Performance Optimization: Maintain a centralized pricing repository and lead the feedback loop between Estimated vs. Actual costs to sharpen our competitive edge.

Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Excel, Powerpoint or specialized pricing software. Ability to read and interpret technical BOMs and technical drawings.
